Welcome to HoopXRecruit, a platform designed to help student-athletes showcase their skills, connect with college coaches, and gain meaningful exposure. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

HoopXRecruit is intended for:

• Student-athletes ages 13 and older
• Coaches, trainers, and verified media representatives

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not impersonate any other person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate our policies.

3. Platform Use

Users agree to:

• Use HoopXRecruit solely for its intended purpose
• Avoid posting offensive, illegal, or misleading content
• Refrain from harassing other users or abusing platform tools

Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content Ownership

Users maintain full ownership of the content they upload (videos, stats, schedules, etc.).

By uploading content to HoopXRecruit, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your content on our platform and affiliated social media accounts in support of recruitment and user engagement.

5. Payments and Subscription

HoopXRecruit currently offers one paid feature:

• Monthly Subscription: $7.99/month

This subscription allows athletes to upload game schedules and view which coaches have marked interest in attending their games.

If a user chooses to cancel, any remaining eligible refunds will be issued based on unused time in accordance with our refund policy. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via account settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and posts for:

• Violations of our terms
• Abuse of platform features
• Activity that disrupts or damages the integrity of the community

7. Limitation of Liability

HoopXRecruit is not responsible for:

• Recruitment outcomes or scholarship decisions
• User-generated content accuracy
• Technical issues, outages, or third-party service interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
